“I attempted to take apart the head of the vacuum and could not get it back together and also misaligned some components. I called and Charlie told me to come in and he'd take a look. The shop was really organized and clean and he helped me put it back together and even gave me some helpful tips on cleaning it! He was very honest and helped me put it back together on the spot . Great shop and great store owners!”

“I’m so happy that I went to Expert Appliance Center for repair of my Miele vacuum cleaner which needed a replacement on the hose connection to the machine. Alex, the manager, found the part needed and screwed in the part. Just $49 for the part and I’m all set to go. It turns out that Expert and Desco, my former store now closed, were the first authorized dealers in NYC. That history shows when Alex knew how to fix it and had the replacement part in stock. Other places I called just said the machine was too old and I should buy a new one when this machine was in perfect condition. Alex was so knowledgeable and helpful. Experience counts! Every customer service representative should be like him. He even called me back to give me additional information about where I could view the fridge on display. He answered all of my questions about the dimensions of the fridge, the material used for shelving, and the installation service available. He was able to locate the fridge I was looking for. If you ever visit the PC Richards Bay Ridge location, you should ask for him.”
