“This was my main office when I was living in the area. It was a bright spot during the pandemic for me and provided all the services I needed in very dark times. I think what I liked most was how willing they were to connect and work together during the pandemic. Most everything else was closed so it was an awesome experience to get my needs met and in an enjoyable way. As a former banker myself it was amazing to see them work thru logistics of getting the account opened and updated and additional services running. The manager and staff were excellent in those terms and the atm drive up always another bright spot. Still working front lines and have found par services at pnc in nj but this was a real treat to have worked with for the pandemic period start period.-Wasnt sure how to respond to the Response from the owner so updating here. I had a recent experience with the contact center where they were not able to assist we fee resolution from an error in the android app. (i liked the orignal one much more as it was more accurate in my opinion) If you want take a look. It was being sent to the home branch for review. Providing five either way, great office”

“Though Trustco Bank is based and HQ'd in NYS, they went through some expansion in early 2000s. Trustco Bank now has 148 branch locations, 53 of which are in the state of Florida with majority of the customers they serve being seniors who live in Florida in the winters and come back to the Northeast in the summer.The Bank is fairly active in the local community and their niche product is the mortgage. My experience at this branch while I made a visit to make my payment was satisfactory with a person greeting me when I walked in and the teller had q smile on her face and was being efficient.”

“Best Bank I've ever had the pleasure of working with! After moving my Trailer Home into a park to sell it, we were supposed to go to closing on a Thursday. The closing on that was to pay for our foundation for the new house to be completed on Friday--the next day! The sale fell through on Thursday 😢. We called BSNB, explained our situation, and had a loan for $15,000 ready by Friday morning 🤑. Minding this happened 27 yrs ago!
