“I've had several accounts, business & personal, with Saratoga National. They are very personal and helpful. Today I had a client call worried about a check he had given me & asked that I not deposit it. Unfortunately, I had deposited it on the day he asked me to. I called Saratoga National immediately & asked if they could help. Even though they had already processed my client's check, they worked to get it pulled back. This was a tremendous help to my client & saved him & I both processing fees from a bounced check.... This bank may not be as tech savvy as some of the larger banks, but it's local, employs local people, and they continue to be loyal to me as a customer (not like other bigger banks who constantly sell out & move accounts to different businesses...). I can't say enough good things about this bank, especially their West Ave. branch in Saratoga.”
