“Decided to try out the two week trial. I’m currently on week one and I’ve been taking my classes with Saro so far and it’s been amazing. I bought a group fitness package with Shape and have been feeling more confident and physically stronger. The workouts are quick and easy to fit into your schedule. If I need more of a challenge, Paola and Ray offer modifications to scale up (or down!) and encourage you to go at your own pace. These classes have helped me get into a workout routine and connect with other women in the neighborhood. I've been really happy here!”

One day my shake drop and the floor was super messy, after I called someone to pass me the mop, they reject me of doing it and clean it right away with no face, no complaint and no attitude, they 100% understood it was an accident.I come before they open, when when the guy open the door receives everyone with a “morning sister/brother”, the atmosphere and the feeling of home. I just love it too much, the only time I don't recommend a lot of people to go it's in the afternoon because it's fully pack even though they have multiples machine of the same to avoid the long wait. Like I said 100/10 I LOVE IT.”
“Cool gym in Rockaway Beach. The machines crowd the floor a bit, but it is manageable and there is a separate room where one can do floor exercises. No screamers. Lockers and showers available, you bring your own lock and soap. And yes, you can safely drop the soap.”

I merely go for the open gym and even though it's not as big as other commercial gym, I get the best workout done here and wouldn't go back to other gyms. Staff are super friendly and the facility is thoroughly clean. I have taken two of their classes and the trainers are very attentive and makes sure you are reaching your goal. As someone who is literally in this place 7 days a week, ill be the first to say they are above the rest of the local fitness centers. New equipment coming in frequently, clean environment to workout in, amazing sense of community amongst its diverse members and social presence that includes member shoutouts and all!!! You will feel like you are a part of this gym from the moment you join. Open 24 hours monday to friday and i think they only close like one day a year. This is the premium packaged gym in our area.”

“Recently joined this new fitness center, and overall, our experience has been positive. The indoor pool and saunas are fantastic, providing a refreshing and relaxing atmosphere. One of the standout features is that the facility is never crowded as it is in a basement of a commercial bldg.The lockers are clean and spacious.However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The center's hours, particularly on weekends, are a bit short, which might be inconvenient for those with busy schedules. Additionally, we noticed that the showers could use some attention, as they appear to have mold issues.In the men's room, the hot sauna requires upgrading; the wood is coming apart, and there are screws sticking out, posing a potential safety hazard. It would be great if the management could address this concern promptly.Another aspect worth mentioning is the restriction on open swim for young kids. It would be more family-friendly if there were designated times for families to enjoy the pool together.Despite these areas for improvement, we have generally enjoyed our time at the fitness center and believe it has great potential. With a few adjustments to the hours and addressing the maintenance issues, this facility could easily reach a 5-star rating.”
