I am here from out of town singing a gig at Carnegie Hall, and couldn’t not have my phone. And without hesitation, Jeffry figured out what was wrong and saved me. Absolutely would give 10 out of 6 stars. Also his manager is super sweet too.”

“I went to this store because they are around the corner from the Assurant provider who kind of screwed things up when they fixed my cracked screen. The screen was fixed, but my phone number became compromised,l; that is a whole other story. Although they were unable to fix my problem, they did everything they could to figure out what the problem was on their end. They also helped me realize that the two T-Mobile stores in my area did not install the new SIM card properly. They placed the SIM card in but never punched in my phone number. They then directed me to go to the main store in Times Square because that store has the District Managers who have better access to tech support.Still, I appreciate that they took the time to help me figure out what was wrong.”
