“Met Neil at the dealership when I brought my vehicle in for recall. We discussed the body on the truck as whether it was warranty or not. Of course it wasn't but took it to Neil's shop and he replaced front fender and repaired tailgate. Just returned to Neil for bumper replacement and front fender. Neil did a great job on my truck both times. His workmanship is spot on and the prices were very affordable. I hope to not need to return to Neil for bodywork BUT if I need it, Neil will be my guy. “We travelled cross country on a rescue trip, last minute. We took an untested vehicle we hoped would work well, and did, but we still needed some things along the way. When we stopped for a part, we had to wait until the next day. The manager was extremely gracious and helpful while we navigated our needs to stay overnight. The manager and staff bent over backwards to help us and to make sure we had everything we needed, not just the parts for our car. We were even helped choosing a hotel or place to stay.
Having been homeless before, a few years back it really moved my heart and soul to see them open up to help us so eagerly and lovingly. They have helped me realise there are still really good people in this world.
I would absolutely move to this area if I was looking to move somewhere, simply because of this experience. I would also, absolutely keep patronizing this store, as the customer service is exceptional.”
