I explained I was trying to put together an Irish breakfast Christmas surprise for a friend and Mary Ann, the owner, was more than helpful in curating all the essentials such as black and white pudding, etd. . AND she delivered it (he lives close by) at no charge the same day. My friend loved the selections she made. I rarely experience such caring customer service - and appreciate it very much!”

The staff here took their time and explained everything. They were great and picked colors that complimented us and explained how to wear everything. They didn't pressure us to buy anything and they didn't pressure us to buy lehengas that were too expensive. They understood we don't go to Indian weddings frequently! Our friend went earlier in the week and was raving about her experience as well.”

“I had to have my engagement ring, wedding band and an anniversary ring sized, everything was covered with my protection plan. Unfortunately, my jewelry along with 19 other customers were taken in transit by UPS. This has been a completely heartbreaking experience but it was made a little better/easier only because of the manager of this store, Doug. He did everything possible to make the process easier for replacement and trying help me overall. He knew how incredibly upsetting this was and there was no way to fully replace what was taken. I am forever going to be without my original engagement ring and diamond that is irreplaceable. I know Doug did everything in his power to try and ensure my “new” one was as close as possible to my original. Thank you Doug, for going above and beyond.”
“My wife's wedding band and engagement ring had to be cut off of her last year. The pieces have been siting in a safe for the whole year. I too needed to get my wedding band expanded as it did not fit my finger anymore. I was considering taking it back to where I bought them but I talked with the helpful employees at Jewels instead. They did such a fantastic job. Now we can finally wear our rings again to show the world our love. The price was reasonable and the quality was amazing.”
