Every employee was warm and welcoming.We were shopping for a person that is VERY PARTICULAR about her jewelry and the staff was incredible. They kind of floated around the store and pulled relevant pieces from display cases with every bit of knowledge and confidence!The jewelry itself was gorgeous. I explained I was trying to put together an Irish breakfast Christmas surprise for a friend and Mary Ann, the owner, was more than helpful in curating all the essentials such as black and white pudding, etd. . AND she delivered it (he lives close by) at no charge the same day. My friend loved the selections she made. I rarely experience such caring customer service - and appreciate it very much!”

My other Gold necklace I’ve had for two years never had an issue.. so honestly idk if this place is good or not. “I had to have my engagement ring, wedding band and an anniversary ring sized, everything was covered with my protection plan. Unfortunately, my jewelry along with 19 other customers were taken in transit by UPS. This has been a completely heartbreaking experience but it was made a little better/easier only because of the manager of this store, Doug. He did everything possible to make the process easier for replacement and trying help me overall. He knew how incredibly upsetting this was and there was no way to fully replace what was taken. I am forever going to be without my original engagement ring and diamond that is irreplaceable. I know Doug did everything in his power to try and ensure my “new” one was as close as possible to my original. Thank you Doug, for going above and beyond.”

Meaghan worked tirelessly with me in building this piece to make sure it was exactly what I envisioned. From the initial drawing, to the digital imaging of the piece, to the silicone mold of the ring to physically try on before they made the final ring, she was there every step of the way. She called, sent texts, emailed and met with me in person to make sure the ring was exactly what I wanted. It was so reassuring to have an experienced jeweler (with great taste) such as Meaghan there to advocate for me, make suggestions, and help me build a beautiful piece that I am beyond excited to wear for the rest of my life! Had it for 5 months now and just bought earring 2 months no color change. I’m coming soon for gold grill but so fair I been treated good.
