These people cannot answer the phone. Out you on hold for 25 minutes then just hang up so you start over. Renting a car because I have an infant. And this service has been the worst you could expect from a rental service. Go elsewhere no matter the cost. Trash trash trash service

Terrible. They will nickel and dime you for everything. Never again Hertz.
Follow-up. Stupidly used Hertz again and got rocked by a huge charge for turning on the toll device. Ridiculous company. Dirty business.

Ken at the desk is not only a true professional but also an old school gentleman. Great to see that civility hasn't completely vanished from the world! He should be applauded for his efforts in getting the job done efficiently while also being very kind and personable!
