The employee was a jerk and the manager was rude and very nasty. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Do not ever rent fromDollar or hertz at the albany airport!!!!! One guy working the desk total CRAP Everyone in line had a reservation and was prepaid Been in line hour and fifteen minutes so far STAY AWAY

I was lied to multiple times. I prepaid for fuel but was charged, then had to spend my time calling the company.
