I'm pretty sure they found some of the rudest humans in the state and specifically asked them to work here. Unless you wanted to be treated like garbage shop elsewhere. I'm laughing at myself for being the idiot who paid for a membership here. Staff is to busy flirting with each other, texting on there phones (not the work ones very clear a color print case), and straight up swiping there cards and not acknowledging your question/need for help. The 3rd time was the straw on the camels back. I WILL NEVER BE BACK. I'd give them 0 stars. I've called corporate and there equally a joke. I couldn't even understand the lady I was talking to.

I visited this BJ's store yesterday for shopping, and I am absolutely outraged by the experience. At the exit, a staff member was checking receipts. After inspecting the items I purchased, he had the audacity to open my bag without asking for my permission and rummage through its contents. This was not only invasive but deeply humiliating. What gives him the right to violate my privacy in such a manner? This behavior is an utter disrespect to customers and completely unacceptable.

A widespread chain of stores in America with discounted prices for most needs
I praise the employee, Danielle, at the exit gate. On my last visit, I found attention from Ms. Taimia, their keenness to perform her work duties, and their dedication to work. Thank you so much.

This is the 3rd time I have seen a BJs gas price sign only to pay a lot more once getting up to the pump. Once is a mistake, more than once is an illegal bait and switch. Today's sign read $3.37 but at the pumps, the price was actually posted as $3.51. This practice is illegal and beyond irritating.

I was at the Albany NY store tonight trying to get gas. I left my card on my other set of keys so I went to get assistance from the attendant since I couldn’t scan my digital (app) card at the pump. There was no attendant in the small office. Calls to the store customer service desk were ignored. I waited nearly 40 minutes. No attendant that whole time. Not the first time this has happened. I’m going to get rid of my membership. I’ve had enough. This store has been a terrible mess every time I’ve been there. I don’t feel the potential savings is worth this much hassle.

I literally just became a member, and have visited this place there times. Twice I have seen customers berate, disrespect, takl down to and intimidate the cashiers. This place is unorganized, filthy, loud and obnoxious. The customers are the same. I will not be going back.

Purchased tires today and went in to discuss online vs. In store purchase. Chris and Jackie were helpful with my purchase.
Reading other reviews about this store surprise me, I never had a challenging experience. I have had more challenges at Supermarkets and other Big Box Stores.
Unfortunately we live in a time when people complain about the wrong things.

I'd give this place zero stars if I could I have been a customer for over 20 years, I have found this store to be so miss managed lately with a absent store manager and so called leads that take no responsibility for their titles I had a gi issue while in the store and had to make an emergency visit to the men's room where I found that both stalls had standing water and waist on the floors the pictures I took didn't really do any justice as to how nasty it was when I went to the store lead I was informed the manager left early and said the restrooms weren't his responsibility
I'm canceling my membership and will never shop with bjs for any reason whatsoever due to this common attitude of its employees and how rude they are especially Brandon

Placed an order to be picked up curbside. A box of diapers, a box of wipes, two packages of body wash. Arrived within the pickup window after receiving notification that our order was ready to be picked up. Followed instructions in app, watched as pickup brought out other orders, after 20 minutes I went inside, took another 5 minutes to be acknowledged, and then another 5 minutes to receive my order. Walked it back out to my car after the half hour ordeal, and there are multiple cars getting curbside deliveries that showed up in the ten minutes I went inside. What is the point of curbside pickup if I could go in and shop my order 2-3 times over in the amount of time it took for BJ’s to deliver my order to me?

Always had hard time from old lady at the register.Now going through tax exempt process got worse.Took 3 visits.Dint tell me all the requirements in first 2 visits.

Regularly have issues with customer service at this location. Going to use walmart, and wait for Costco to come to Albany for bulk items. Not getting another membership

Albany BJ’s wholesale is now just as bad as Rotterdam NY. Was at the deli which was very busy and crowded. No problem we waited. They were at # 23 when I got my # which was #30. As we all wait the man that cleans the floors on the machine cames squeezing through everyone. So I said this is nuts. He was even moving peoples cart with the machine. So he gets through everyone leaves the floor wet and a pile of trash from the machine on the floor. Comes walking from back telling me I’m talking crazy. And then the man next to me said something to him and he told him to mind his business he wasn’t talking to him. When I was done at deli I got the rest of my stuff and as I did he was watching going through the store. When I got to the front I asked to speak to a manger waited by the Christmas stuff for no manager to come talk to me as your employee is still watching what I was doing. Sad that NOT one manager could assist a customer. 2. I’ve been calling to speak to a manager for over 2 hours get hung up on or left on hold for the call to disconnect. So my last attempt was to put a review on here. I also have a picture of the floor as he left it. Hope nobody slips and floors because your employee careless acts. Let’s see if they have any respect for there customers and I get a call back
