Always had hard time from old lady at the register.Now going through tax exempt process got worse.Took 3 visits.Dint tell me all the requirements in first 2 visits.

I had a somewhat complicated membership issue and Michelle at customer service handled it professionally, kindly and very efficiently. She gave me her time to be sure I understood how to use the card to my best advantage. I applaud her as a great asset to BJ’s. Thank you Michelle!
