The machines even ask how you want the bills, so that you can select the distribution and not receive all 20s; not all of them do that. Will have to use the live inside Teller soon for the first time, so hoping the experience is positive.”

Have been here multiple times because this location is convenient for me but each time I can barely hear the tellers from inside the building because the drive-thru speakers have such low volume (specifically the two lanes all the way to the right closest to the main building).Otherwise excellent service - have never experienced any other issues here at all.”

“Ms. Sernetta Jackson from the Guilderland Branch recently assisted me when I thought my computer was hacked. As it turns out it was not hacked this time. The reason I reached out to Ms. Jackson is because last July when I was hacked she assisted me and made sure everything on our accounts were secure. I gave her all the necessary information and she went ahead and did everything up to an including changing my checking account and ordering new checks for me. She made this process so easy for us to get through with confidence that everything was done correctly. It was very reassuring.I have to say every dealings that I've ever had with Ms. Jackson has been outstanding. She is always been very professional very polite very patient very understanding and very helpful. In my opinion she should be the poster person for Pioneer Bank. Thank you Ms. Jackson”
