Refused a Fed Ex General Delivery package because it did not state USPS. Couldn't be bothered, said it should have been delivered to campground. The WORST.

Nicholas located my misdirected package 1/18/2024 and was able to get it back into the mail stream. Thanks Nicholas........Just received a message 1/24/2024 that the package was delivered. Thanks again!!

Nick, on 3 different occasions was grumpy, unhelpful and unprofessional. When Nick asked us to call next time, we asked for the number. His response? "Look it up on Google." Perhaps he doesn't even know his post office's phone number.
