“I would just like to comment on "Laura Croager's" one star review. I live in Olivebridge and the mail carrier is fantastic. I can't imagine that she would knock down a box and not say anything. Maybe Laura Croager should try being a mail carrier some day. Driving 6 days a week in all kinds of weather. . . loaded with mail and parcels. I would like to add that the clerk at Olivebridge Post Office is also fantastic.”
“This is a prime example of how a post office should function. The staff are courteous and helpful and know you, even gave a call to let me know my package arrived. Customer service appears to be dead all elsewhere, but it is well alive here.”
“I’m new to Napanoch and to owning a home. I had no idea there were laws/rules about mailbox placement or any of that.Well Diane has endless patience and is kindly extending the package collecting period until the ground thaws so we can put the mailbox in.So amazing. She didn’t know me from anyone and still went out of her way to help me. Just awesome. “We just wrapped up a weekend at the Mohonk Mountain House and absolutely loved it! My wife and I went with a group of people. Here are my tips if you plan on going there (and you should!). 1) Talk to registration in advance about your room; they are NOT all the same. Some rooms have fireplaces, others have balconies. Some rooms are small, others are bigger. Some rooms have views of the lake; others have views of the mountains. (2) Bring good shoes for hiking! The trails are incredible We went up to the Skytop Tower and the views are amazing. There are 8-10 small gazebos along the way where you can sit and enjoy the view. Other paths will take you around the lake, through a labyrinth and a garden maze. (3) Book a spa service or pay for access to the spa ($40/day). It's expensive but worth the price in my opinion. You have access to a sauna, steam, outdoor jacuzzi and lounge chairs for reading/relaxing. (4) Meals are either buffet or a la carte (we did buffet). The buffet is good to very good. (5) There are no TVs in the room (which I loved). It's a unique opportunity to relax, clear your mind, and rejuvenate your body. I will definitely go back again.”
