On November 6th we took the car in for an oil change and they told us there was damage to a tire that could not be fixed and they would the tire in the next day. Then the guy at the counter said 2-3 days. No word from them by the 10th so we called again and Parts said they had no record of the tire having been ordered. They said they would order it. On the 17th, still no promised call from them. We called back and they said they had "just gotten it in". Right. We set up an appointment for for the 25th. We went in and waited an hour for them to tell us they still didn't have the tire. They had gotten four in but had apparently used them all on one vehicle. We waited another half hour for them to get their act together so we could take the car and leave. The guy at the counter said he would have the manager call me and offer some kind of dispensation for the trouble. Of course never got that call either. Called on the 28th and tire was supposedly on the truck to be delivered that day. So still no tire but hopefully tomorrow. Very disorganized, don't call when they say they're going to, send you all over the place when you call, back and forth between departments. Go to Toyotech or Toyoauto man. Or California Tire.

My husband and I were currently working with his bank to finance a vehicle, the dealership showed us the perfect vehicle we sent everything to our bank to get finalized we signed documents and we went into the dealership ship the next day to finalize everything in their end, we started signing paperwork for the vehicle everything was going smoothly once we finished signing everything the sales person we were working with went to the back to grab the keys and was notified the car was sold the morning we were finalizing everything. They attempted to put us in a vehicle way over what our bank was working with do not recommend coming here if working with a personal bank.

This is my favorite Toyota dealership to have my sweetheart 2007 Highlander serviced at. I trust the service technicians because they send me videos of the inspections, every service I’ve received has been solid, and I feel that my vehicle is always very well taken care of. Izaiah O. has been an ultimate joy and reigns supreme when it comes to consistent communication, as well as working with my schedule and budget for services. Today I received a major service on my Highlander and Izaiah was kind enough to arrange for my partner and I to be dropped off to work and picked up. The shuttle drivers were kind, punctual, and easy to communicate with.

Was on vacation when my trac off and engine light came. Had the best service ever from Brian Brannan in service. Friendly, knowledgeable, explained everything to me. Got me back on the road right away. Jim the tech and Francisco the shuttle guy were great also. Great people, great dealership.

Service department misdiagnosed a problem with the PCS and DRCC radar system on my 2021 4Runner. They claimed that someone had previously permanently disabled the system and thus it was necessary to replace the entire radar system -- to the tune of over $3,900. Although I insisted that the ONLY work I have ever had done on my 2021 4Runner was replacement of the windshield over two years ago. How on earth could that be the source of the problem? Damage done two years ago with no symptoms until 2 weeks ago? They were incredibly arrogant and insulting to my intelligence (I am a retired electro-mechanical engineer). I called the Toyota dealer in Boulder, CO (where I bought the car), and they said it sounded really fishy to them. So I made an appointment at American Toyota of Albuquerque. They found a slightly bent front bumper bracket. They replaced it and re-calibrated the system. Took about 90 minutes. Total cost to me was $703. The system now works fine -- just like new. If I had stuck with Toyota of Santa Fe, it would have cost me an additional $3,200, AND IT STILL WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN FIXED because the bumper was the real problem. And replacing the entire radar system was NOT required, as they had INSISTED.. When I went back to Toyota of Santa Fe to get reimbursed for their grossly incompetent diagnosis ($184), they wouldn't even apologize for their error. Some people might think that they were trying to scam me, but I think it is more likely just arrogance and incompetence. I will NEVER do business with them again! And neither should you.

I recently paid a visit to the Toyota dealer due to my air conditioning, went out in my Toyota truck. Wasn’t sure what was wrong with it so paid money for them to hook it up to their machine to see what was actually wrong. After them running diagnostics found out it was my AC compressor and they gave me an estimate. Estimate was average cost and I have made an appointment in two weeks to go get it fixed. When I was at my last appointment, I have to say everyone at this Toyota dealer is so polite, nice and professional.I had to wait approximately two hours for them to finish doing the diagnostics on my vehicle. If you are waiting for your vehicle, this Toyota dealer offers free, shuttle rides. I cannot say enough about how everyone here is so polite and nice, and I highly recommend this business.

We ABSOLUTELY LOVE the service department of this dealership and the head mechanic, Joe Rodriguez! The repair work is never short of amazing. They are ethical, honest, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable and professional. They definitely set the standards around town. Thank you for such great, quality work Joe! We greatly appreciate it and highly recommend this dealership and service department!!!

Awful Service . Great at sales but once you sign they treat you like crap. You mean nothing to them. They only know how to change the oil. All the good people left. Now I understand why. So if you want to be smooth talked by a salesPerson that will forget about you once you sign. Come to this place. If you likeTo throw away money . Come to Toyota of Santa Fe. The most consistent bad customer service you'll get.

I do not recommend this dealership. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. It took them three days to get back to me, and the reason was, "We are so busy."I made an appointment with Aaron to see a vehicle. He gave me a time and then contacted me to say that the dealership would not be open then, so we rescheduled. I was coming in from Albuquerque and was later than I had hoped. When I got there, they informed me that someone had put a deposit on the vehicle. Their right is to sell a car when they see fit, but we had an appointment. Aaron never told me that I needed to put a deposit down on the vehicle to ensure that it would be available when I arrived. The experience was less than ideal. They are interested in the fast dollar. If you want to be more than a number, try Ethan at Larry H. Miller Toyota or Travis at Sandia Toyota.

It’s unwise to purchase a car from New Mexico when you reside in Ohio, right? WRONG. At least when Juan Acosta, half salesman, half superhero, is on the job. Juan made every step of the process easy and helped me get the exact car I wanted. You can rest assured that Juan will take the very best care of you. Thank you, brother! ?❣️??

Charles Archuleta was amazing. He listened for what I needed and I fell in love with the first car he showed me!!! He made sure to stick around from very start to the close of my deal. His customer service was outstanding and I could not be more pleased!

The kind staff performed the basic maintenance. I was able to join a meeting (on-line) in the "guest work area" somewhat isolated from the main waiting area while they serviced my vehicle. Even enjoyed a complementary mini latte from the coffee area. Overall a great experience.

Let me begin by saying that it certainly is the customer service that closes the deal. Thank you to Juan Acosta who helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I hardly find the time or patience to write reviews but his service was truly above a beyond. He was kind and friendly, but more than that he was timely and diligent. This might be what you would think is an obvious mannerism of customer service to some, but I had visited many other dealerships where this wasn’t the case. I appreciate Juan for making sure to follow up on what I asked for. I had a tight timeline and very specific interests in the car I wanted and he made it happen.Look, I get selling cars is bread and butter for car sales men, but too often I felt very pushed into buying something I wasn’t completely comfortable or sure about. One dealership tried to sell me a car I didn’t even get to test drive because they needed to be preordered(6-8 months). One dealership kept trying to sell me all the cars I specifically didn’t ask for. No other dealership in Albuquerque seemed to have any cars I could just test drive without being wildly out of my budget. At Carmax you had to schedule a test drive. Scheduling a test drive is not an issue, I know people are all very busy. The issue is when they connected you to someone out of state to tell them all the things you wanted to test drive just to connect you to someone in state so you could then repeat everything you had just told the other person on the phone and then for that person you are currently on the phone with to send you many car links to all the cars you specifically said you did not want to test drive!Anyways back to my stellar review of Juan. I appreciate him for his honesty and even more so on his relaxed demeanor. For making this experience as smooth and as easy as possible. For getting back to me quickly and making sure I had all my questions answered. For working with me and around the inconveniences! I felt at ease and very comfortable and well taken care of. If you wish to be well taken care of in your journey for a new car, you need to talk to Juan Acosta. I am very grateful for to him for making it an overall great experience.
