As always, Frank and the team are great! the new video system is awesome and I loved being able to select what to get done! Also Frank does a great job of describing why I needed to address certain issues and my 4Runner is running beautifully.

I waited 2.5 hours to have the oil changed. I kept asking them what the delay was and they kept telling me it was almost ready. I was warned not to take it to Santa Fe Toyota for work and this is a great reason why. This will be the last time I will bring any of my vehicles to this Toyota.

Adrian Mendina did an outstanding job. Everyone is friendly and professional. It is well worth the drive up from Albuquerque. It was great working with my service advisor of 9 years. I highly recommend everyone comes here instead of the two in Albuquerque.
