We are in Santa Fe from Milwaukee, wi. We were driving and the check engine light went on. We stopped at this service center and they helped us right away. They were able to fix the problem for us and we are so grateful. Whatever reason the light went on we’re not sure but it’s not on now. We thank them for checking on it for us. They were extremely kind and helpful. Thanks again.

Juan is the Juan who helped me. Excellent service, Juan went so far as to transfer my things out of my old Tacoma into my new Corolla and even picked me up from Enterprise car rental next door Very friendly, knowledgeable. He even showed me where the Margarita machine was under the back seat??

ZERO STARS. I need your general manager or someone higher than him to contact me. I purchased a certified preowned car from you in January 2024. I now suspect that Toyota of Santa Fe is guilty of misconduct and fraudulent business practices. I will be contacting the Attorney Generals Office as well as the Office of Consumer Affairs and potentially an attorney. The vehicle you sold me has been inspected by different mechanic and he could find NO RECORDS of any service, and says the vehicle has multiple mechanical issues. I wonder how many others you have SCAMMED with your shady business practices? Anyone who is considering buying a certified pre owned car from Santa Fe Toyota should be forewarned. Maybe there's enough of us for a class action? @ me.

I had such a positive experience at Toyota of Santa Fe. Aaron Caceres took very good care of me during the entire process. He was extremely helpful in ensuring my ability to finance a vehicle. Extremely professional, patient, easy to communicate with, knowledgeable about the vehicles and industry. I have already recommended him to friends and family. My Saleman was wonderful thank you Charles you're wonderful to work with. From initial interaction, following up, to final wave as I drove off in my new car. OUTSTANDING and Thank you! Very professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him for when your shopping here.
I'm not giving a higher review because of inconsistencies. First inconsistency was false information on an interest rate with Excellent credentials (from the Sales Manager) lied and begged for forgiveness which was ridiculous after the fact. When the time came to, it was not what was said (which was a sales tactic to bring me the consumer back in) they were called out on there simple Lie of misinformation. Upon delivery of my brand-new car. Very strong smell of a chemical spill lingered it was mentioned at the time and consisted for about month. It was unbearable and would make anyone in the car sick/nauseous. Keep in mind this issue was alerted to the sales team day of. I was told I would be getting new floor mats to help mitigate the strong smell of "Goo Gone/Goe-off". It's been 3 month's Toyota of Santa Fe , you may have forgotten but I have not, hence my review.** I reached out for an update 8/15/2024 and got word "Its been to long".
* In conclusion don't trust the smiles and what "can be done".

2 years ago i took our car for some service. During the service another car backed up to our car and bend the door. They promised to have it fixed. I called twice to follow up and got to leave voicemails. They never got back to us and never fixed the damage…. It was still covid time, i did not go there is person, but what they did has no excuse…

Aaron Caceres went above and beyond to make this deal happen. He drove to Taos, 80 minutes each way, to pick up a cashiers check for our purchase. I only hope my future interactions with this dealership measure up to his level of customer service.

Sales very helpful. But service was a pain. Official service campaign to provide second SmartKey FREE OF CHARGE. Service rep hemmed and hawed over payment. Then he said my appointment was for tomorrow, even tho I have a text from their computer with today.
Now they require an hour to program the new key!

Roger Mendiola was great to work with!
He effectively worked through the multitude of problems keeping the cost of repairs as low as possible. His communication to me was frequent and thorough, keeping me in the loop at every step of the process. I have purchased three vehicles from Santa Fe Toyota and use them for service. I am a happy customer.

Bought a car from these guys a couple of years ago and they sold me a worthless warranty to go with it. Nothing I ever needed was covered and when I tried to cancel it, they dragged their feet and finally refused to help me. Now that the car has been totaled, I’ve been trying for over a month to contact someone in finance so they can cancel this warranty and get my remaining money back and it’s crickets. The phone rings and rings and then it disconnects without anyone answering. Robert Valencia is the finance manager who assisted me originally and is now ghosting me. Buyer beware.
