“We woke up to a completely flat tire on a Sunday morning traveling through Santa Fe. A lot of the tire shops were closed and another already had a 3 hr wait at 9:45am. We were the third person in line at Chihuahua's Tires when they opened at 10am and they had us in and out in like 30 minutes. We were blown away at how fast they got to us and had our tire fixed! We were back on our road trip in no time. So thankful we found them today!”

“We had an appointment at 2. When we pulled into the parking lot my husband and I both commented we made it in time 1:55. After paying and checking in the manager came to us and said we were 10 minutes late and because of this our car wouldn't be ready until 3:15. The car finally was taken back for new tires all around at 3. 3:08 still waiting.”

I arrived for my new appointment and they got right to work on my car. Seems like they did a great job so I am changing my rating based on this new experience. After my car had been sitting in the garage with the hood up for an hour and a half I asked the man at the counter how much longer it would be. He got nervous and went into the garage to "ask". He walked into the garage checked on my car. Grabbed an impact wrench and removed my tire. They hadn't even started working on my car. I asked him why they wasted my day and told him to give me my car back. There have got to be better garages in Santa Fe than this. Don't waste your whole day on this place.”

“I went there because I was getting a flat on my suv.stop at a gas station to air it up and couldn't find nowhere to fill it up..so I went there because my wife told me that was the closest to where we were..it was a true emergency..as I had groceries and my children..and we still had to drive 50 miles home.. when I got there I was blessed to have Stephen and manager Cruz Ellis come and help us with prioritizing us and right when they were closing..they got my tire and fixed it when they found out it was a bigger tire leak..instead of just saying were closing they went over and beyond for me and my family ..my business for all my vehicles from this day forward they are truly angels...thank you Mr Ellis and Stephen you were our angels today..see you for March sales event 7th to the 10th to get my new tires.
