7700 US 550 NE, Rio Rancho“Well, that happened. I was driving towards Albuquerque, and I heard, "Pop. Thump. Bump, bump, bump, bump, bump." That's right... the trailer tire blew. 6 miles outside town, where I had planned to buy new tires. No worries. I have done this before. I have a spare and a lug wrench and a jack. I have a really baf spare tire. But it was good enough to get me 6 miles. I pulled into the first big parking lot I came to, Home Depot. I explained my plight to the manager and she was nice enough to let me unhitch and leave my trailer in the parking lot, so I could go run around and get new tires without worrying about the spare popping. Which I did. Now I am sitting in the Home Depot parking lot in Rio Rancho, NM. I am exhausted and I still have to change my tires. But I cannot thank the Home Depot manager enough for helping out a stranded traveler. With kind, friendly managers like that, you know Home Depot is doing a great job.”
“Update
I can't thank Julio enough. He took care of everything and kept apologizing for with the order. He also took care of the refund and made sure it was processed. He impressed me.
They screwed up an order. Was told the full order was being delivered today by the girl at the service desk and all the paperwork said it as well. Well only a partial order was delivered. When I called the store I was told the rest was coming Saturday, however no one's wants to listen I have a construction crew coming Thursday and needs the full order by Thursday at 8am. I was told there was nothing they can do, when I used to work for the company and know out right this is lie. Customer services at the store is dead. After this I won't be giving Home Depot anymore business. The girl that did this order at the Service Desk needs major restraining or to be fired. For now on I will just use Harbor Freight as service there is 100 times better.”

“I honestly like shopping at Aaron's rather than shopping at any other furniture store one because of the furniture warranty I've never had a problem getting things fixed through errands when there were issues with my items and if it needed to be exchanged then they would replace it with no problem with the same device most times new never used whenever they had the new one there I would get it and then I would have to wait for it to be shipped that's where the most part comes in because sometimes I would have to wait three four weeks before I can get a replacement but at least I got it and it was new so if you're looking to buy furniture and electronics or any type of household knick knacks check out Aaron's furniture rental they really stand by their”
