“I loved my experience with Aaron's today. I don't have time to go appliance shopping and my washer went out. I'm not one to have time or patience for the laundry mat. I walked in for a quick fix and that's what I got. Too easy, in and out. The gentleman that helped me was so sweet, patient and knowledgeable in the sale. Customer service is very important to me and so is my time. I had walked in this store a little over a year ago and was so displeased with the personnel. Lack of customer service skills, tacky, lazy, and so unmotivated. I thought I'd never come back. If you had this experience I'd recommend you give them another chance. New people and much better service.”

“I had a very bad experience at the store in Clovis so I went to Portales New Mexico where Julian gave me some of the best customer service I have ever received. I struggle with technology and he sat there patiently and helped me and walked me through everything I was having problems with. He even took the time to sit there and write it all down for me! Thank you so much to him! He deserves his job!”
“I have been a Customer at Robert's TV and Appliance for over 20 years. If I find something at another store, I just asked them to find me the same appliance or furniture and they order it for me. The one this that is the biggest reason I shop there is he has techs that can fix most any appliance or TV he sales. They also stand behind any products they sale. Good luck getting any other place to come out and fix anything. I am a loyal customer and will continue to shop there.”
