“I loved my experience with Aaron's today. I don't have time to go appliance shopping and my washer went out. I'm not one to have time or patience for the laundry mat. I walked in for a quick fix and that's what I got. Too easy, in and out. The gentleman that helped me was so sweet, patient and knowledgeable in the sale. Customer service is very important to me and so is my time. I had walked in this store a little over a year ago and was so displeased with the personnel. Lack of customer service skills, tacky, lazy, and so unmotivated. I thought I'd never come back. If you had this experience I'd recommend you give them another chance. New people and much better service.”

The one this that is the biggest reason I shop there is he has techs that can fix most any appliance or TV he sales. They also stand behind any products they sale. Good luck getting any other place to come out and fix anything. I am a loyal customer and will continue to shop there.”
