I had a conversation with the service manager regarding my concerns with a competitor and looking to terminate my service with them, explaining that I wanted honest quotes and service. He assured me that it was their goal to provide what I was wanting. I felt that I was respected as a future customer. The service for today was provided on time and with updates through the process. I came in with NO heat (blend actuator defective) and left with the much-needed heat on these cold days.”
