They diagnosed and fixed my issue in a timely manner for a fair price. Can’t express how grateful I am to have a shops like this in town. Keep up the good work gentlemen.”

“So my check engine light went on and I called David at Dwain's Auto spoke to him at length and he suggested I bring the car in. 2 days later when David called me he thoroughly went over all the options of what my choices were to get done. David didn't try to upsell me anything didn't try to sell me any extra parts he fixed what the problem was . I got my car back very quickly I'm very happy with the approach that Dwain's Auto takes with delivering precise mechanical work and no extras! I would highly recommend using them next time you're Auto has a problem.”

So glad I found you! Browns, is honest, fair priced, gets things done quickly. My experience with Isaac was wonderful. He called me back happy and chipper scheduled me for that afternoon.
While I was waiting for my car to be looked at and repaired, Brown’s has a policy of being able to drive me back to my place of living and pick me up when things are complete.
The mechanic went over the car with a fine tooth comb. Found a few things that needed repair. Was taken care of quickly. They are very transparent about everything they are doing and why. Was able to pick up my car next morning.
I trusted them about the pricing. But they were telling me. Hundred percent honest.
Feels like a family run business.

“Rick did a new timing belt on my daughter’s 92 Subaru last year after our usual mechanic refused to work on it “ because it was old.” He did an excellent job and this little suby is still running great at over 300,000 miles. And so many times over the years I called about an issue with one of my Subarus and he would do a possible diagnosis over the phone and he would be spot on Everytime! I think our 3rd gen 4Runners will start going here for repairs.”

“This family owned business is by far the BEST I’ve come across during my travels. They are honest, well priced, and EXTREMELY friendly! They made the entire experience comfortable and hassle free. It took SOOO much stress off of my family and I. I can’t thank them enough!My family (wife and 2 toddlers) and I are driving from Arizona to North Carolina (~2000 miles). Before making it to Albuquerque, we had a check engine and maintenance light came on on top of a loud clicking sound. We called almost every shop in town and this was the ONLY place that was willing to take us today. The closest we got previously was 6 days out. We had a tight time crunch and they made it happen. If we are ever in Albuquerque again we will definitely be back!”

Family owned shop, fast friendly, explained work needing done, and giving me a choice as to how it could be accomplished, and their recommendations on how it should be done, to save money down the road! Wise I like that. My job was fairly straightforward, but they were also interested in how doing it the right way, would save $$$ later on. Another plus is that they specialize in Toyotas, though they'll work on pretty much everything. Clean shop, and they went an extra mile for me, which is very much appreciated!!! Like a family run restaurant, they take pride in doing it right the first time. This was the first time I've used this shop, and can't thank them enough.
