“It's pretty rare to come across an automotive shop that not only does great work but also genuinely cares about their customers, but I feel that Ultimate Finish Paint and Body fits the bill. Both David and Rene were great to work with and went above and beyond in taking care of fixing my vehicle and any problems I had along the way.
My old Honda Accord was at another shop to have the radiator replaced, but the damaged support frame needed to be fixed first (and unfortunately that mechanic doesn't do body work). After trying numerous local body shops that were either fully booked or not interested, I randomly stumbled upon Ultimate Finish Paint and Body. Based on nothing other than my initial call, David went out of his way (on a lunch break, no less) to go inspect my car at the other mechanic and promptly called me back saying what the problem was and that he could fix it. At some point traveling between the two shops, the upper radiator support brackets got lost which was going to lead to a significant delay in when the car would be fixed at the other mechanic. However, Rene immediately sourced replacements and even took them over to the other mechanic so they could begin work fixing the car.
I have never had an experience with an auto shop where the owners were so proactive and displayed such concern and integrity, so I would absolutely recommend Ultimate Finish Paint and Body.”
“My wife and I were thinking about getting a Mini Cooper. We don't live in NM but were here for a day and had some time to spare so we stopped in to test drive some. We ended up working with Lawrence. Lawrence was great and showed us all the different models and we test drove them. Even though we lived out of state and most likely wouldn't be purchasing from them Lawrence stayed in touch to make sure we found the car we were looking for and even reviewed our current deals when we did purchase one to let us know if that was a good deal or not. They took my truck in with no appointment and finished it in 3 hours!! Their PDR guy is amazing!! When I went to pick up my truck, I immediately walked up to check out the dent. It was gone. A flawless repair!! It is literally like new!! Their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend A Dent Express!!!!!!”

“Sam fixed a dented bumper and repainted another piece on the tailgate that was losing its paint. He and his team did a great job with the maroon color - I can't even tell there was damage before. Sam and his team are very friendly and flexible. He was upfront about all costs, and when something new underneath the bumper was discovered, he stood by his initial estimate (no $ surprises at the last second!) and fixed it anyway. I did go to a (unfriendly) national chain right near my house for another estimate, but Sam beat them by about $500!! I will be keeping Sam in mind for all my paint & body needs, and will refer everyone to him. Thank you Sam!”

“My Buick Evision was hit back in June on the back rideside pretty good and so we took it to Quality Collision West and my car wasn't even a year old.
