“In September 2023 I hit a pole while having a medical issue. My insurance sent me to Caliber Collision, our first experience with them.Upon arrival their business is well kept, their yard is secure. The inside of the building is clean and organized. I spoke to the woman at the front desk, she was nice, helpful and informative. She told me who would handle my case. They sent weekly text and phone calls with updates. I telephoned them a couple of days before it was ready to see what time it would be ready. Was told by the end of the day. I explained I needed it by 2:30 pm. Was told no guarantees. I received a phone call on 10/18/23, was told my vehicle will be complete at 2:30 pm. I arrived, was told about after care of the paint and guarantee. I paid my deductible and sat until a computer check was complete. All codes good and reset. Off we went! It's running great.Good experience , I recommend them.”
