“It's definitely worth a look around if you're shopping for pots, river rocks, flagstone, water fountains, firewood, and more. Bring a sun hat and sun screen because you'll be here for a bit. They got plenty to look at, and my pictures don't do them justice. The service is slow every time we've gone, just be patient with them, they'll get around to ya. They do deliver to El paso. However, showing up in person to get a quote will be the way to go. They would need to know exactly what it is you're ordering, the quantity, and also where in El Paso you are located before telling you a delivery quote. Prices are decent, and I highly recommend them!”

“Nice nursery with some decent prices. Veterans always get a ten percent off discount. No public bathroom available, even for customers. Most of the staff seem eager to help. Uneven surfaces throughout the outside part of the nursery may be difficult for some with mobility issues to navigate. Some plants come with an information card, though many don't, and not all are even labeled with what it is.”

“I bought a laundry utility sink online and store delivered. I couldnt open it for a month because I left on a trip 2 days after it was delivered. I was gone for one month. I opened it 5 weeks after i bought it. The cabinet was cracked down the side. very broken. I called the store and asked for a new one to be delivered. Customer service said, no, of course. I asked to speak to a manager. Cynthia set me up with a new delivery immediately. There was a small snafu but old one was picked up and new one delivered with in two days. Delivery folx were amazing too. Helpful and kind. I am so appreciative of good service!!!! Thank you Home Depot Las Cruces!”

“We just ordered a washer and dryer from Home Depot. They were having a 30% off sale so the price was awesome. I had purchased the professional install, but didn't realize that it came with all the parts I needed, so I ordered extra. I called customer service and they refunded me that same day which was really easy. On the day of my delivery I had a window of 11-3 and they were there before 12. The delivery people were only in my house for about 10 minutes, they were so fast! They checked all the connections and ran the washer and dryer to make sure everything worked. Really great experience and I'd recommend ordering large appliances from the Home Depot.”
