I opened it 5 weeks after i bought it. The cabinet was cracked down the side. very broken. I called the store and asked for a new one to be delivered. Customer service said, no, of course. I asked to speak to a manager. Cynthia set me up with a new delivery immediately. There was a small snafu but old one was picked up and new one delivered with in two days. Delivery folx were amazing too. Helpful and kind. I am so appreciative of good service!!!! Thank you Home Depot Las Cruces!”

“We just ordered a washer and dryer from Home Depot. They were having a 30% off sale so the price was awesome. I had purchased the professional install, but didn't realize that it came with all the parts I needed, so I ordered extra. I called customer service and they refunded me that same day which was really easy. On the day of my delivery I had a window of 11-3 and they were there before 12. The delivery people were only in my house for about 10 minutes, they were so fast! They checked all the connections and ran the washer and dryer to make sure everything worked. Really great experience and I'd recommend ordering large appliances from the Home Depot.”
