Tyler at the pro desk was a nightmare to work with. Constantly making excuses as to why they mess up orders and not helpful at all

I called for assistance 4 calls and when the associate finally picked up I asked to speak to a manager he said " a manager" and laughed was on hold for 20 minutes no one picked up, I am glad these calls are recorded so they can be reported to corporate. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This is for the paint department in particular. They are just amazing and especially Karla. She works twice as hard as anyone there. They are all helpful and pleasant . All are just so very helpful every time we go in there
