“Alexis was very helpful!! I had reservations at enterprise and again (second time in the last year that they gave me issues) upon arrival is when I was told they didn’t have a car for me. I asked where else I could go they said maybe Hertz but probably would have nothing also. I went with no reservation and Alexis helped us out and was great all the way around! I will be going back no questions asked. We like to do weekend trips and everything after that was smooth!!”

“Amazing employees! Just when I thought there was no more kindness and compassion in the world, I get proven wrong. The employee here was just a great person! He took his personal time, long after he should have been out of work, to help my husband and I. He tried everything until we were on our way in the right vehicle. Without having to explain our situation, just because he saw we were in need, he was compassionate and understanding. “Avis was there for us when Enterprise wasn't. A 2 wk rental for a full size vehicle reserved/ confirmed only to be offered a 2 door mini Cooper instead of the full size vehicle. Avis had a variety of vehicles and they helped us quickly and efficiently!! The excellent service won over a prior 40 yr customer from Enterprise. Avis actually cares!!”
