“I brought my car in for an electrical diagnostic after I was told that my fairly new battery wouldn’t hold a charge. They squeezed my vehicle in to the work schedule and had the issue worked out in just a few hours. Turns out my new battery had a bad cell that the battery shop had missed during their check. K&S had the batteries swapped in no time at all and I was able to pick my vehicle up before noon that same day. “I can't begin to stay how lucky I feel that I broke down near here, so I ended up at this shop. Jesse and his family were beyond amazing to me. They treated me like family from day 1.I usually do all my own work on my vehicles because I don't trust mechanics, but working on my Rv can be a lot, so I have to go to mechanics. Jesse was the first one to make me feel completely comfortable about it. He wasn't just extremely knowledgeable, but also extremely reasonable in pricing.He went above and beyond to make sure to fix everything I asked him (and I asked for a lot). My RV is old and many parts aren't even available anymore, but he made it happen. I feel like many mechanics would have gave up and said they couldn't do it, but that's not an option for him. He also checked everything and made sure everything worked well before letting me leave.Not only was the mechanic part of their service amazing, but also Jesse's entire family was so good to me. I live in my rv, and I was there for a minute waiting on parts. His brother would take me to get whatever I needed, such as snacks or diesel for my heater. He even showed me some amazing sights around the area. His wife always made sure I was comfortable and offered me dinner every night I was there. Even his 6yr old daughter went out of her way to ask me if I needed anything. They were also very nice to my 2 dogs as well. I have never experienced this kind of kindness in my life, and I it was amazing to experience.Overall, This is an AMAZING shop with some amazing people there. He deserves more than 5 stars. My Rv is better than it's ever been now.Oh yeah, Jesse even looked beyond what I asked about and found issues a previous mechanic messed up with my transmission. “In an environment where there are several places to get tires, have them repaired, etc., Big O on El Paseo Rd in Las Cruces stands above the rest. I called them about 10:30am on a Friday looking for a flat tire repair/possible replacement and they were very kind and up front with expectations. They even ordered a new tire in case they couldn’t repair it. Thankfully, they repaired it and did not charge. Overall I was in and out within 90 minutes. Logan and all of their staff were great!”

Been using them for my maintenance and repairs when in town for last 5 years. Never had any issues. If there is any issues arise . This place is quick to respond. No questions asked. If they know they messed up. They will fix it. Right away. Great costumer service from the staff and owner. Easy going people. Comparative pricing. Place can get very busy very quick. Call and ask if they can do the repairs you need and if they have time for you. Never did I ever had them back up on the promises in regards of repair time frame. Only if my truck was at fault. This place does my semi tractor maintenance and repairs of my suspension components. I also take my cars and personal cars to them. Exclusively. No one in town have been able to beat the quality or the pricing of this place yet. For last 5 years.Place can be very busy. Call and find out if they can squeeze you in to their schedule. Almost all utilities and small businesses in town use their services. That is why sometimes their schedules are filled. Just imagine that half of the dumpster trucks in town decided it’s time to change tires and update their annual inspection… oh lord have mercy. The place gets packed then.Drivers of the semi trucks:They do have room to get in and out if you have a trailer. Just make sure there is room prior to entering their yard. Place gets packed and back area could be difficult to get in to if there is already a few trucks with trailers there..ground is unpaved and uses gravel.No worries though. Owner make sure it’s always leveled and pothole free.Never had problems getting stuck in there. They level out gravel daily. Your semi won’t get stuck there. Ground is solid.”
