My appointment time was for 8:45am. I was told it wouldn’t be more than 90 minutes max. It’s now 11:45am. I feel like I’m in a SpongeBob episode.

My service advisor Tom, and the service manager Mike were super helpful dealing with my repair on my civic. Went above and beyond getting me a loaner for the few days it was in for some warranty work. Really professional guys.

Wow called to get a quote for a part and got transferred and they hung up. Call back approximately five times went to answering machine , robot machine answering machine. Nobody’s answering the phone for business way to go El Paso Casa Honda in las Cruces

Rich, and Braden where patient, thorough, and attentive. Buying a car has become a complex tedious process. The paperwork is daunting. These two, along with Robert, the finance manager, made the process as easy as it can be. They were all very professional.

I purchased a 2021 Honda CRV from Casa Honda January 31st 2024 and still have not recieved my title and registration. I am at risk of suspension of license and registration by the DMV and cancelation of the insurance policy if I don't recieve the title by April 19th. I've not recieved any information on this from Casa Honda aside from "we are sorry, be patient, we are working on it"... I'm concerned that I was sold a vehicle that the dealership did not have posession of the clear title at the time of sale which is illegal in New Mexico.
UPDATE: Buyers beware of this dealership! Well, it is May 21st. So far 4 temporary plates and it has been crickets at CasaAuto Honda… no one in the titles and registration office answers/ or returns calls… going to the manager then to the NM attorney generals office if necessary.

Made an appointment for an oil change for Saturday morning, but when I arrived I was told it would be a 2.5, or 3 hour wait due to being short staffed. Very similar to you're not getting your mail delivered today because we have no letter carriers. C'mon Casa let's get some plan B's in the mix, or have a strategy for no workers available?!

I recently trade in my Jeep 2019 for a Hyundai Santa Fe 2023 and Martine from finance was such an angel and Braden who was our sales professional was another angel who make our dream real stress free very easy and smooth process. I had the worst experience today while getting a lube, oil and filter (LOF) on my Honda. I arrived at 9:25 (with an appointment) for 9:30 or 9:45. The car was not put on the rack for almost 40 minutes. The maintenance was completed at 10:55. I assumed that because I saw it parked in the lot. I did not get my paperwork completed until after I complained to one of the finance managers. I finally paid and left at approximately 12:20. THREE hours for a LOF with an appointment. Very disappointed.

Purchased a 2024 CRV-Sport Touring and had it delivered to Albuquerque. The experience was fast, easy, and stress free. Braden was easy to work with and took extra time in Albuquerque to ensure I knew how the car would work. He and JR between my father in Las Cruces and me in Albuquerque to find the vehicle I was looking for. Levi with Braden drove my CRV up to Albuquerque and left it clean and well taken car of. It was a very good experience.
