I had the worst experience today while getting a lube, oil and filter (LOF) on my Honda. I arrived at 9:25 (with an appointment) for 9:30 or 9:45. Lisa from the service department is super rude and unhelpful. Ask for anyone else. Everyone else I talked to were very helpful and polite after they messed up my car on a warranty fix. She wouldn’t call back after multiple calls over a 6 hour span. When I finally got ahold of her she was instantly rude
