“After a road trip north my windshield was blasted with 8 chips and cracks. I was very skeptical about taking my 2020 cadillac xt4 to rays because unfortunately we live in a world where if the price is to good you feel like you're getting ripped off. I was also worried about camera calibration but after picking up the vehicle everything was tip top shape cameras working properly and quality and cleanness of work was A+ couldn't even tell the windshield had been replaced. Would recommend Rays for your glass needs, I'm glad I didn't pay double at safelite or speedy glass!”
“Went in for one part, Rocky came out and diagnosed a different part altogether and then helped me in every possible way -loaner tools, advice, the whole shebang. Professional, personable, and knowledgeable. They were all real top tier and made it the best experience I've had at parts store. The owner was very nice and helpful and very welcoming when asking about different things and was knowledge-based when it came to prices and different items in the store. “Ipdate 5/4/23.....This store rocks!!!! Staff is awesome and very knowledgable.....Tgis place even helped me fix an Autizone problem.Drive to this store!!!!!!This is a newer store, or it has been taken care of very well. Wide isles, clean floors and a staff that is ready ro help with expert advice.This store has a very large inventory, and very rarely do they need to order anything for you. And if they special order anything for you, it arrives that day, or by next morning.Easy to find items that you may need, due to 2 main isles and clearly marked overhead inventory descriptions for all the rows.They can troubleshoot engine light issues and battery/alternator issues quickly for free, saving you hundreds at the auto repair shop just to tell you what is wrong.They loan out tools that are very expensive so you do not need to purchase to only use one time.Never a wait, and you seem to always be first in line.During my last visit in March 2023, I was telling a sales associate Lisa the problems I was having across the street at AutoZone and Lisa immediately gave me a 10% discount and told me to never go back to them, and do all my auto parts shopping here from now on.This store on the west side of Las Cruces is never busy, so drive here for faster friendlier service for all your auto parts needs.”
“I called store #2502 this amazing woman by the name of Cindy baca answered the phone she seems really busy but she asked me what I need for my vehicle and she showed me the best customer service I have had at a parts store she asked me what I needed Inform me that it was not at her store went out of her way to make sure it was out of another store again went out of her way to make sure the parts were there and making sure I received my parts again I’ve never received amazing customer service like this. Thank you Cindy for everything. It is greatly appreciated. I look forward to doing business with the store more often.”

Braden was extremely professional and courteous walking us through the entier process start to finish. Miguel did a great job working to get us financing to a comparable rate we were looking for.”

“My husband and I are over the road truck drivers and we have a 40’ straight truck with a custom sleeper. We basically have a camper that we haul freight with. When we are down for the weekends, we prefer to stay at campgrounds. We arrived in Las Cruces Friday afternoon, checked into campground, went to hook everything up and there was an issue. As soon as we plugged in smoked started filling the sleeper and outside as well. Husband quickly unplugged everything. Our shore power cord was fried. Also the wires going into the truck were burned a couple inches. We looked for a close by rv repair close by. We were 2 miles from Holiday World. We hurried over there and Mr “Nacho”, service manger came to look at our problem. He said they could fix it but not Friday. I was afraid he was going to say it would be a couple weeks. We were thrilled that he asked if we could be there at 900 am Saturday morning. We said absolutely!
We arrived Sat morning they got us right in. We were kept up to date as to what was found and the plan for repair. We were done and driving away before noon.
There is nothing negative we can say about this experience. The staff was friendly and professional. They are also pet friendly which is important as well.
While we didn’t want to have to spend time in the repair shop, we are so thankful we came across Holiday World and their staff. I hope we don’t have to see them again but if we are in the area and have issues we wouldn’t hesitate to go back

“I brought my car in for an electrical diagnostic after I was told that my fairly new battery wouldn’t hold a charge. They squeezed my vehicle in to the work schedule and had the issue worked out in just a few hours. Turns out my new battery had a bad cell that the battery shop had missed during their check. K&S had the batteries swapped in no time at all and I was able to pick my vehicle up before noon that same day. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re having any electrical issues or if you just need a second opinion. Great people and service!Services: Electrical repair”

“Went to Auto Zone on a Sunday at 745 and they had doors locked. Told the older gentleman I just needed to rent a press. You would think he would let me do that at 745 but he told me to go to one on the main street.
I went to O'Riley's they had the part I needed and were cheaper and they were much more polite and willing to help.
Won't be going to yAuto Zone any longer.”

I am not willing to use my vehicle insurance, so I don't have a claim on my file. Classic 4x4 has been very reasonably priced and timely in getting the body work repaired.”
