On hold 3 different times for over an hour with “1 caller ahead”. Ridiculous.

Slow. Frequent online technical issues, staff actually lies to you when they don't know the answer. Staff states they solved a problem only to have it happen again. Sent prescription to wrong store on the opposite coast then tells me I have to pay out of pocket because insurance won't pay again. Wrong info. to the customer.
