“This Allsup's review is mainly for the consistently good service that I get.The employees usually greet me when I walk in. If not, it's because they are swamped. At the register they are friendly and fast.I'm usually here to pick up a case of beer or lotto scratchers for my kids when they make good grades. Oh, and their 10-lb. bags of ice. The last one I got was under $2.50.Also, this is the cheapest gas on this side of town. The lowest I've seen it within about a year's time was back in December 2022 at $2.98 per unleaded gallon.The self-serve Alon gas station itself is fairly large. Diesel is available in both the car area plus there is a separate area for big rigs.Nearby is a decent park called Del Norte Park with a dog park on the east side. I said decent. It's gone downhill a bit, but I still walk my brother's dog there. Also next door is a car wash with self-serve stations, two drive-thru automatic stations, and a dog wash area.There really needs to be more cross walks in this area for the influx of pedestrians. So be careful of jaywalkers!”
“The pumps always work and they offer free air if you have a flat tire! What's not to love?? I hardly ever go inside the store. I don't really know what their snack and drink selection is like. If you ever need gas, some diesel or free air I do recommend this place! ?”
“Walgreens on Joe Harvey Boulevard has been good to me for the past year since moving to Hobbs.The pharmacy works quickly to get my & my children's prescriptions when we need them. I have probably had 80% positive or non-dramatic interactions compared to 20% negative or head-scratching moments with the pharmacy staff.This is one of the cheaper places for beer, wine & liquor.There is free, ample parking all around the lone-standing building - and it's a way nicer Walgreens than the other one in town.One of the older ladies who works the register was scanning my items not long ago and asked me if I knew which movie the song over the PA was from.The song I think was Robert & Johnny's "We Belong Together." I knew the song, but was befuddled as to the movie...She kept scanning & said it was this movie with this red car that was jealous. She talked to me like I knew her for years, but this was the first time I had ever seen her. "It had a girl's name." I smiled. "Christine?" I asked her. Her eyes lit up, "Yeah. That's it! Christine." It was a funny moment in time. If you've seen the movie, you might understand why we were laughing.Now when I see her she smiles bigger than all the times I'd seen her before. And I await the next movie/soundtrack quiz...”

“Hometown favorite! Hard to find these days however when I visit this always hits the spot. These chimichanga and beef burrito with taco sauce brings me back. Nothing better than a fried burrito smothered with taco sauce and ketchup with a root beer! Staff always friendly.”

“I've never been to any store that *** have to refuse any service because of policies or doing as they are told by management, except the store except the one on main street, where they had an employee who *** have history of knowing me or thinking they know me, or of someone or anyone, except that one. Most businesses the other employees ******** help resolve the issue or let a member of management know of the day and situation so it can be corrected or make sure they can stand by the employees choices to the fullest.”

“Allsups is THE BEST ?. Their Chimiangas and Bean burritos are always delicious. I like how the store has everything you need from food to car necessities. I like how they added more options of food because before it was just chimis but now you can get some delicious chili-cheese bites, corndogs, and chicken bites. Ive tried all these and they are so good.??”

“All the clerks are super nice and helpful but the manager is super rude and sometimes the store says open online and I opened the door and the manager yells at me for coming in and says that their closed. This is the only convenience store I can go to as I go to it on a bike, so the manager being rude is an issue.”

“Murphy Express in Hobbs, NM, is by far the cheapest fuel with or without an app or card for savings. After seeing that this location was not on Yelp, I decided to request it as a business.On August 11, 2023, was the first time I had ever stopped to get fuel at this station. I never realized there was a small convenience store attached. An attendant came out to check on the fuel pump next to me. One of the pumps was out. Here were the prices per gallon that mid-morning:Unleaded = $3.64Unleaded Plus = $3. 94Super Unleaded = $4.24Diesel = $3.96Easy place to get in and out of even for larger vehicles, but it maybe a little harder if towing a trailer. Tighter fit. Straight across from Walmart. Wells Fargo ATM with a super stupid small drive-thru even for a Jeep. Several eateries in the vicinity including Rosa's Cafe next door.TIPMembers save up to 10¢ per gallon* on fuel purchases with Walmart+ at Murphy USA and Murphy Express locations. I'm not a member, though. I used an major credit card.”

“Stripes is a convenience store that serves New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma & Louisiana. Every time I go in here, the ladies who work here are always welcoming & amicable.This isn't a huge convenience shop, but it's not tiny either.Usually when I have to go in here, it's for a bag of ice or a beer run. No issues for me thus far. It's well-lit at night. Organized. Mostly clean. Well-stocked as of December 2022.Phillips 66 gasoline is also sold here.TIP+ Stocking stuffers are sold here: candy, lotto tickets & scratchers, vinyl stickers, & more.”
