I've had great service at my Hobbs location. I actually am a big fan of FedEx, but I was just hung up on by their automated system and I have to say, not only does it desperately need an update, but, being treated rudely and in a condescending voice by a machine- not my idea of a great experience!

They are the worst. My packages are never delivered to my house. I have told the driver multiple times the house they deliver to is NOT my house. I have left descriptions of my house. There is a big difference between H and 1. They just don’t seem to understand. I should not have to be chasing down my packages if they are getting paid to deliver.

The experience I had trying to ship was awful, the employee did not want to ship. They did not understand the policies about airsoft rifles since they are not regulated under firearms since they are bb’s. She insisted that she couldn’t ship it but also said she didn’t know if she could. I ended up going to the UPS store on grimes, they knew exactly what I needed in regards shipping it and less than 8 minutes I had it shipped. I recommend UPS than Fed Ex for any big shipments.03-06-23

Sure, this is a convenient FedEx Ship Center in Hobbs. It's got a small parking lot with funky curbs at places you'd think there would be an entrance. The staff member I dealt with on December 2, 2022 was friendly and assistive. But my gosh... these prices have gone way out of control. I shipped a 2.90 lb. box to Lincoln, NE... just your normal standard rate. The box was 16X10X7". It costed $54.82. I sometimes wonder about my random acts of kindness, but hopefully good karma came out of it. Another note: I was the lone customer for a few moments, but then others started trickling in quickly that afternoon. The same lady who helped me was telling them all she'd be right with them. Surely, if they are charging those rates they can get an additional representative at the front.

I was sent here by AT&T to return my damaged phone to Samsung. They were not very busy so my wait in line was short. Be sure to get a receipt! Without it you can't track your shipment.

Google maps states it’s open but they have doors locked and not operating in correct hours. Hobbs employees never do their job correctly worse state I have lived in.
