I've had great service at my Hobbs location. I actually am a big fan of FedEx, but I was just hung up on by their automated system and I have to say, not only does it desperately need an update, but, being treated rudely and in a condescending voice by a machine- not my idea of a great experience!

These guys could mess up a wet dream 5 packages in a row delivered to 5 different address they are about as competent as a squirrel never get packages
