“I have a Ram 3500 HD 6.4 Hemi 4x4 SWD.The radiator is on national back order. I am stranded with my 5th wheel. Late on a Friday. Usually this is a hopeless situation. There is only one radiator repair. I take a chance and call, it's after hours. Incredible... Someone answers. I tell my problem and and though the business is closed on Saturday I am told to come early Saturday. Radiator has a cracked plastic neck. Can't be repaired, Right? Well he decides to give it a try. He epoxied a aluminum sleeve it the neck (see picture. It works and I will replace it when a radiator is availableExcellent work and inexpensive. I will go back if ever I need a radiator.”

“WOW, stopped for dinner on our way to Durango. It was late and when we got back in the car, it wouldn't start. Guess what needed a new battery. Saw the Parts Plus sign from across the street so we made our way over there. The staff could not have been more helpful. They had the battery in stock, and even helped us put it in. “Traveling in our 32' diesel pusher motorhome to Denver on a schedule. We lost the airbag suspension system in Gallup and limped into Farmington. I called Rush Truck - Farmington next morning and was told to bring it in right away. Within 5 minutes of arrival they were working on the system. One airline had disconnected. They adjusted the rear air bags as well We were back on the road in two hours. Immediate response, attention and excellent work. “I called O'Reilly's at 2941 E Main St Farmington,NMMy moms car kept on dying out on her. She took her car to the Kia dealership and the parts person there told her that she would have to pay 400.00 to get a battery from them. So when called O'Reilly's I spoke to a guy named Steve. He was very helpful on the phone and told me to send her his way and he would test the battery and alternator for her. It ended up being the battery. So Steve took ever steps and even switched out her battery for her on site for 1/2 the price the dealership was gonna charge her. Thank you Steve!!! for taking care of my mom, and not try to rip her off.”

“Today I visited Allshyne with some awful scratch on my brand new car. Sometimes its hard to trust people especially with a brand new vehicle . But I would highly recommend Eric and Lilly. They did an awesome job. Everyone in their shop was very friendly, welcoming and understanding. Eric is awesome at his job! He was able to buff out , paint and shine the scratches. “I bought a used Scion from a car dealer other than Webb, and am very happy with the car but for one exception. It only came with one key... and I wanted a spare in case I locked myself out. Original Toyota (Scions are made by Toyota) keys start at $160... and then there's another $130 to program them. About $290.00 altogether. I found aftermarket keys on eBay for $17.97 a pair. The Webb Toyota service tech told me they would try to program them for $65.00, but only had a roughly 50% success rate at programming aftermarket keys. My choice: 1 key guaranteed to work key for $290.00, or a 50% chance they could make the 2 aftermarket keys work for $65.00. I gambled on the aftermarket keys. They said the programming would likely take about an hour. In fact, it took three hours, but they got the keys to work. And since they took so long to get them done, they comped me the work. No charge! I ended up paying $19.97 for two keys, that most dealerships would have tried to get nearly $600.00 for. It cost me a couple extra hours of wait time, but was well worth it. I mentioned it to my neighbor, and he said Webb Toyota is the only place he'll take his Tundra; that they have always been just superb every time he has gone-in. We both live about an hour's drive away, with another Toyota Dealership about 20 minutes away. Like him, I'll be taking my business with my Scion AND my Tundra to Webb. It's worth the drive. They are obviously actually trying to do what you hope a service department is going-to.”

Harry got my car diagnosed within an hour and a half since my drop of. He addressed all of my concerns and got my parts ordered. “Review for the quick lube.The lube service is available til midnight during the weekdays and gives a 10% discount after 6pm. Both are major pluses in my book.They also service all types of vehicles. I have a Volkswagen, which there is no dealership in town, so I come here. They don't carry my oil filter . But do recommend to stop at the store and bring 1 with the vehicle. I use to love when you could stay in the vehicle during the oil change. But that's in the past. I dropped off my car, went to a game at the high school, then came back and picked the vehicle back up.”

“These guys are awesome! While traveling from NM to TN I had an axle issue with my tow vehicle and to add insult to injury I hit a deer totalling the front of my vehicle. With these guys help I was able to rebuild the entire front of the van and get the parts I needed to fix the axle. I was in a very bad situation and they treated me wonderfully, even working with me to get the parts to where I was doing the work.
