While the bike was there, they were filling up and the front, and the front tire valve stem broke too and they took care of that for me (bike is a '93, the rubber is getting old) And they were able to pick the bike up, get this all taken care of, and get it back to me, all within the same day. “This is a follow up of the work which Freddy did on 7/20/2023. After being gone for a few days but still in area we had a minor situation arise. We called and talked to Freddy and he told us what to do and all was okay. Then the next day while we were in a remote area Freddy calls to check on us and to help us feel better about our truck which I thought was never going bro get fixed before meeting him.Once more he asked me if I was going to be in the area so he could check things again. Whatever he did this time not only helped with his repair, just made it better, but he did something that has smoothed out the transmission when it is changing gears. “The hot water heater would not self-ignite and I was smelling gas both inside and outside the cabin of my new tow me 2008 21ft Coachman. There is so much to learn with RV life and a repair service I trusted in Austin TX had cautioned me about how so many RV repair places take advantage of folks on the road. So I was very pleased to have found Quality Fiberglass in the Farmington area. Their price was reasonable, and the repair worked. “I came here when my tire pressure light was on. I brought them to this Big O because I wanted to make sure I didn’t have a flat with a slow leak somewhere. The guy at the front is a super human. He said he’d be done checking and fixing them in 30 minutes. Given the full waiting room, I was sure it would be way longer than that. He took 30 minutes exactly, fixed the pressure in all the tires, turned off the dash warning light, told me the pressure levels of all the tires and how wacky they’d been, and sent me on my way. For free!!!! Maybe they do that free for everyone, but he was kind and efficient and when I came back, everyone else in the waiting room was done too. Much relief. Just paid for new tires and didn’t want to have to pay for a flat repair! Thank you!”
“Several locals told me to take my car to Curtis Auto Repair because they are honest and reasonably priced. So I did and that was exactly right. The lady on the phone was so nice and called me about what the price of the repairs were going to be before they started and if I wanted to proceed. I really liked that; it kept me informed. Also when I picked up my vehicle she again went over what they fixed and even told me how and where to get the other work done that they don’t provide like parts(bumper) from the dealership. I really respect them for being honest and not trying to rip you off like other car mechanic’s. The auto shop was very clean and the lady made me an appointment over the phone, which ensured I got seen right away as places like Four States no longer take appointments; which is very hard to tell if you’re going to be seen or not. But Curtis Auto Repair got my car done in less than 4 hours, even with all the work they had to do on it. I had an oil leak, old gauges, among other things. Thank you Curtis for doing excellent work on my vehicle and helping me trust auto shops again!!”

“I have a Ram 3500 HD 6.4 Hemi 4x4 SWD.The radiator is on national back order. I am stranded with my 5th wheel. Late on a Friday. Usually this is a hopeless situation. There is only one radiator repair. I take a chance and call, it's after hours. Incredible... Someone answers. I tell my problem and and though the business is closed on Saturday I am told to come early Saturday. Radiator has a cracked plastic neck. Can't be repaired, Right? Well he decides to give it a try. He epoxied a aluminum sleeve it the neck (see picture. It works and I will replace it when a radiator is availableExcellent work and inexpensive. I will go back if ever I need a radiator.”

“If I could give them ten stars, I would. I was driving to AZ from CO towing my 27' travel trailer. After pulling out from a stoplight in Farmington, I noticed blue smoke coming from the back of my trailer. The rear axle had let go on the driver side and the two tires were rubbing together. I pulled over as soon as I could, thankfully right next to a vacant lot. After a lot of trying to figure out what to do, the guy at O'Reilly's auto parts (right in front of that vacant lot) told me to call Gene's Frame & Alignment, that they were wizards with leaf springs.Boy, was he right. It was already late afternoon, and not only did Gene's say they could help, the owner and his brother drove over after closing the shop to perform a temporary repair that would allow me to drive my rig over to their shop the next day. Then they made sure I was able to pull down into that empty lot to overnight. His wife even brought me a sandwich!The next morning, they came over and led me back to their shop, with the brother driving behind me in case the temp repair let go. Needless to say, I felt so safe and taken care of in a town I had never been to before. They got me in right away, helped me back in and unhitch, and by the end of the day, I was back on the road, at a price I could afford. I will never forget not just the professionalism of these people, but their incredible human kindness. I cannot recommend them more highly, and the reason I knew I could leave this review was because I found their new website while looking to get in to see them again for a spring issue on my truck, on the same CO-to-AZ trip this year!”

Found this place to be reccomended- called- despite being booked up, Orlando found an appt time for me. prompt evaluation near the time he said, called with an assessment and reccomendation- and price. I said go and he had it all done with a couple of additional repairs I requested- and the price seemed fair. (I really wouldnt have complained of a higher price because he literally did the work on short notice and finished on time) I dont know how he got it all done (I checked- all the work he said he did was done) so my experience may not be typical, but my experience warrants this good review- thanks treadworks!”
