98 NM-150 Unit 5, El PradoWe spend several weeks, several times a year in Taos and are so happy to have found a groomer for our boys, Theo and Bentley.
We took them in for a bath and groom for the first time. What a surprise that they allow them to run and play with the other dogs, even in an outdoor play area. This is like the best of both worlds. When we picked them up, they were so happy and were so tired.
We can’t wait to make it a regular experience for the boys when we are in Taos. Thank you for being so kind and sweet with our pups! We highly recommend you!

The service is fairly priced and the location is super convenient. They require vaccination records which I appreciate because I don’t want my dog to get sick. I highly recommend !!!

24822 US-64, El PradoExceptional Experience. We were camping in the area for about two weeks and needed a place to Board our dogs on 2 occasions and leave them for daycare on another. We filled out their pet profile and submitted the necessary paperwork all online. Then called the next morning. The woman who answered was very helpful and managed to get both our dogs into Boarding even though it was a busy week with the holidays. What may have helped was that both dogs could be kenneled together and they are Senior dogs. We did have to make the arrangements in advance because they could not handle last minute reservations that week. But it all worked out. When we arrived each time the staff greeted us with a smile checking us in and then out. The dogs were happy to go into the kennel and happy to see us when we picked them up, which tells me they had a good time. We would recommend 10,000 Wags Pet Resort and if we are ever in the area again, we would not hesitate to leave our dogs there.

224 Lower Las Colonias Rd, El PradoMy 7 year old dog, Moose, and I had an initial one hour session with Jane. I highly recommend. I gained so much in that hour ~ I was a little shocked at how much. It was SO helpful. Definitely worth the investment, I felt hopeful; had steps and stages to follow, and true hands on experience to work with. I highly highly recommend. (we are working on cat integration and finding enrichment & place with Moose)

Taos Mesa Brewing

flagstaff is the closest place which can even come close in terms of competition.
if you like rubbish, fake “american “anhauser bush”style beer, you will not find that here.
If that’s what you are looking for, go to Red River for some disappointing and mundane excuses for beer.
Sadly, mothership does not have the kitchen figured out.
all employees are 5 stars, but the food coming out of the kitchen is disappointing.
one issue to be aware of is that during their live music season, you may arrive to find that there is a live show, and you can’t have a beer as you intended, and you simply need to leave (unless you are there for the performance).
always check taos mesa music calendar first before you go.
go to the taos mesa tap room in taos for some extremely good food, especially the gluten free pizza.
The top notch beer and staff (and recently the music played by staff) are what i’m reviewing at mothership,and they consistently earn 5 stars.
Vegetarian options: food is not worth ordering. stick with beer
Dietary restrictions: forget it
Parking: plenty of parking, however i cannot attest to the ability of customer to park in a conscious or mindful way
Kid-friendliness: very kid friendly.
bring toys , plenty of space outside (unless raining)
