“I had antique, Art Deco, opal ring with a chip and I knew from looking at Emily Ruffin’s designs that she was the only one I wanted to work on it. I sent it to her along with some other sentimental pieces to repair: a ring with sapphires and a ring with emeralds and diamonds. Emily explained everything to me very clearly about what she was going to do to fix the rings. Emily’s staff helped me with the shipping, which is a special process for insurance and safety. Everything worked beautifully, and as I imagined, the work was impeccable. I am now enjoying wearing my rings again and I feel safe knowing the stones are all secure. Plus, they look so pretty. Emily helped me choose a stone to create a new, unique mother’s ring with representing each of my three kids on one piece I can stack with my wedding rings. Quality of work: Five stars. Went to purchase a sterling silver necklace for my pendent. The size I wanted was not available. I was then shown a catalog with the appropriate size. Ordered it, and 3 days later it was available. Beautiful! Please people think twice about ordering on line. Very personal , a perfect fit for my pendent. It was then suggested I have it modified for a better fit, at no extra charge! Also had several of my Swiss watch batteries replaced. The pieces of jewelry they have on display are nothing less than extraordinary! The artistry is spectacular. The people and service far beyond what I expected.”
