“Update: 5-29-24: They just proved me correct (again) in my opinion of their outstanding service. Handled a minor service issue with speed and a friendly attitude. Love this place! My original post: Over the past 5 years I've purchased a fridge, dishwasher, and a full TV setup from Baillio's. I've discovered that when it comes to these items, you can pretty much get what you want from most any store selling them. But what you don't always get is outstanding service. With Baillio's, I have always been impressed with their selection, prices, attitude, helpfulness, service and on-time delivery. They really keep you informed so you don't have to sit around all day and wait for them. Their delivery and set-up service has been impressive. They match prices--so you always know you're getting the best price. But they have always surpassed the big box stores when it comes to service. I highly recommend this company.”

“**** UPDATE ******Erv stayed on top of this, did alot of research and found a solution. Erv never fave up! He came through and fought the battle without me even knowing! Drew's install of the Loc22 and listening to me on my music preferences, We are there! ( need a little more tuning for country, lol) but the Audi finally sounds good! Thank you Erv for never giving up on me, even when I made it difficult at times.Erv and the crew are great. However, apparently they don't have knowledge on Audi's. Over 2 grand later, just for a 12 in memphis sub and amp and multiple times in the shop for failed speakers, amps, converters and occasional no sound output from sub.....told it is the " crazy " signal my Audi puts out but they " will figure it out " they did their best to figure it out, but a failed promised call from Erv 3 weeks ago, really showed me what's up. Great people ( besides the snub) great work. Just don't take your Audi ( or similar, vehicle ) to them. You will just waste your money and end up having to do it yourself, or go somewhere with more knowledge of these specific vehicles. I wish them luck. But for me and my experience, the time, money wasted and promises of figuring it out, I'm done with them.”

Much more convenient than going into the store and waiting for employees to unlock products on every aisle, and it prevents me from buying items I don't need. These are genuinely nice, knowledgeable salespeople who strive to do right by their customers.”
“Jake is a gem, plain and simple. When my computer USB Port started heating up and causing my hard drives to malfunction, I was recommended by a friend to stop by Jake's and tell him my story. He had me do a crude diagram of my desk layout. He was very engaged and enthusiastic and quickly got me hooked up with a StarTech 8 port Hub and some cables that would work best for my specific set-up. Though it wasn't cheap, it was not exorbitant either, and worth every penny. My experience almost felt in an odd way like the difference between buying a bespoke suit vs grabbing something off the rack at Men's Wearhouse. Jake is the bespoke suit of cables, and if it can't be bought he will custom make it in his shop very quickly. So grateful we have him here in Albuquerque! His set-up has more than paid for itself in happy hard drives with no overheating, and you can just walk over to Flying Star if you need to wait for a custom cable. A+++!!!!!”
“Home Security Systems (HSS), Inc. in Albuquerque NM has provided maintenance and monitoring for my home for the past 22 months. My 20+ yr. old system finally died earlier this month. HSS installed a totally new state of the art system, customized to our needs. We absolutely love it. It was priced right, easy to use with lots of flexibility and growth. I elected to stay with HSS because they provide local 24/7/365 monitoring and maintenance. When you call them, you talk to a real person right here in Albuquerque NM. The technicians are also local and highly experienced. I have found everyone in HSS to be Professionals in every respect.”

“After getting my new phone from their San Mateo and Montgomery location I went home and had a few problems setting up my device and originally went to the 4th and Griegos which was the nearest location to me at the time this location I highly recommend Never! go there. However after taking my business elsewhere to this location Ariel was super sweet and nice and helped me figure out my problems with my new phone she took the time and effort even tho there were a few little things going on with my phone but in the end everything worked out.”

“I went into this store yesterday for my break I needed a phone fast, my current phone wasn't charging. I didn't have insurance. I was cringing because I know cricket phones are Expensive. When I walked into the store I was greeted kindly by all of the employees. The person that assisted me had amazing customer service skills I was so impressed he was so helpful. On my receipt it says Jesus C. To my surprise I purchased the Motorola g stylus for 69.99! As a current customer I was not expecting that at all great price, so far I love the phone the only downfall is the battery goes down quickly possibly the apps I'm using.”
“I like Target. I think it's a good store. I just hope that they don't do away with them because I do like shopping in stores. Everything can't be mail order and it's nice to get out and look at merchandise and get a little exercise.”

“Everyone has been very responsive to my questions and needs. Had a washer and dryer delivered on Wednesday to my home. Installer was awesome and very efficient. Realizing we are human and can overlook things, one of the hoses wasn’t secured properly. Called the office and Ms. Marjorie was very apologetic and doing everything to rectify the situation.”

“I visited today with a battery that I didn't buy. It was in a vehicle that I had purchased. The battery was from Mor-Co. They tested it and found no major issues. I calmly explained how I regularly leave the vehicle inactive for days at a time and she just won't start without a charge or jump. They prorated it. and gave me a great deal on a new battery. I'm satisfied with my experience at Mor-co.”
“Ordered a new copy of borderlands 3 from this location. When I got it, it ended up being a used copy. I personally did not care if it was used or not as long as the code was good for the add on content. The manager that was on duty when I called about this was very helpful and made sure that I was taken care of, he even explained how to put the add on content on my xbox.”
