Went here to get some shoes. Was greeted right away but had to wait over 25 minutes to be helped to get shoes and then another 10 to send them back when the size I got didn't fit. Just gave up and ordered online

Had a great experience today! We were in need of lacrosse gear. Jodie happily took my husband and son to the gear that was not out yet. She even helped us find the right sizes and all. Loved the service and how wonderful the staff are. Can't thank Jodie enough for helping us out so much!

Good news was that we finally found what we were looking for - bad news is that it would have happened more quickly if we could have found a clerk to help us.
