“I was in the store today with a return from last Friday. The owner was in the store and overheard me telling the cashier I was charged twice for the same item. I didn’t notice I was charged twice until I decided to return the item and looked closely at the receipt. The owner gave me a full credit for the two hats even though I couldn’t prove I was charged twice and had just overheard the conversation I was having. The hat was a a snap back and didn’t fit my friend. Thank you again, just know I appreciate the EXCELLENT customer service and you giving me the credit.
