“The absolute best mechanic in town, the only down side to this shop is that they only service German imports. I would take my lawnmower to Silver Star if I could! They are always very clear with the work you need, include pictures of any work that is recommended, clearly define what is a must and what can wait, give exact "estimates" and usually still come in less than those, and the best part is there's no run around. They will contact you immediately if there's an issue, if more work is needed, if less work is needed, and when your vehicle is done. No 3 days of calling a dealership to find out your status, these guys are quick. The whole place is fenced in and locked up securely, and the office staff is very friendly. The owner has personally greeted me to talk about the car multiple times, and he makes a follow up call a few weeks after to make sure things are still going good with the repairs. They really care about their customers and their cars.”

“I chose this company for body work on my car after I had been in an accident. They were amazing! They took care of everything for me as well as seamlessly communicating with my insurance and the staff was very kind. They had my vehicle fixed in 10 days and when I got it back it looked brand new as if the accident never happened. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking to get your car fixed. Eddie is who helped coordinate everything with insurance and Darrel was very pleasant during checkout. Great place!”

“I took my car into Keith's Alignment based on all of the glowing Google reviews. I want to start by confirming Keith's is the best alignment shop in Albuquerque. I only get my car aligned about every 10 years, and seeing as how alignment affects vehicle tracking and tire wear, I want the job done correctly. Keith and his team have been doing this type of work for a long time, and they know what they are doing. Keith was very friendly, and he took the time to look over all the tires and the steering and suspension components. I had already been under the car, and everything looked good to me. Keith confirmed the components were in good shape, and only needed to make a few adjustments. He diagnosed the true problem to be worn out tires. I also knew the tires were near end of life, but Keith has convinced me the problem is far more urgent. Looks like I'll be getting new tires for Christmas. Keith's shop charges extremely fair prices. You'll pay about the same at Keith's as you would anywhere else. The difference is you'll receive the absolute best care at Keith's. You should definitely take your car to Keith's for alignment. Just be aware you must call and schedule your appointment right away, because Keith's shop is completely full all of the time. It may take a week before Keith can see you. Yes, I know that sucks, but just get on the schedule and wait your turn. Don't trust this critical vehicle service to anyone else. And no, I don't normally bother to leave Google reviews, but it's important to know where to go in Albuquerque for the best products and services.”

“Jonathon Guzman was ready for us when we walked in. He pulled up our info and confirmed everything. Service was completed in about 3 hrs from drop off. We were sent a video of what was done and completed. Pick up was just as easy as drop off. No stress. No hassle. They even washed our vehicle. Jonathon was professional through the whole process. Spoke with one of the gentlemen sales reps (forgot his name). He was very friendly and nice to talk with. He offered us the great coffee you serve in the lobby. Our experience has always been a positive one when we’ve taken our car for service.”

“My family was hauling a camper from Wisconsin to California for Christmas and as we were traveling through NM when our check engine light come on along with our diesel truck derated to only 55 mph. As we were approaching Albuquerque, I was calling dealerships and other service centers however no one could help us out until I called JSV. They told me that they would look at it right away even though we wouldn't be there until 4pm. Within a half hour they diagnosed the problem, sourced the parts, and started the repair. Once they got into the repair, they found that it was a bigger job then they had originally thought however they continued to work and with our permission tried replacing the electronic component of the EGR valve and it solved the issue. They stayed late to complete the process and make sure that we weren't throwing any more codes so we could complete our delivery on Christmas Eve. Highly Recommend!”
