“I have to give a shout out to this wonderful business and it's fantastic employees. I called and they gave me a time when I could come in. I got there and the front desk gal (I am horrible with names), was so darn personable and just genuine you couldn't help but feel welcomed. They let me know what was needing to be addressed on my car and I let them know I needed time to think it over. I explained that I needed to weigh the value of my car vs getting another one. They were not pushy at all and understood that need for time to think. They didn't even charge me for the time they took to diagnose the issues. I called back and decided to go forward w/the work. They got me in a few days later and WOWZA! I booked a rental for 3 days and they were done in 1. Talk about friendly and speedy. Lastly, when I picked up my car, they were just so darn friendly and I could honestly just hang out w/these guys and gals for awhile. I would highly recommend this business as they were not just friendly but they were genuine and not looking to take you for a bunch of things you don't need. Heck, they even noticed that my headlights were beyond dingy and assist c clearing those up as well. I am new in town and really rely on reviews so here's mine to add to the list of already earned previous reviews that helped me to decide to give this place my business. Thanks again everyone and if I ever need anything again, I will be coming to you guys.”

Alfred at Larry's got me in immediately, assessed the situation, and explained the options. The repair was perfect, the price was more than fair and I got back back on the road that morning. “Phenomenal experience at Gene's. First time here and Justin was just the best: funny, cool, honest, and efficient. I hadn't really found a garage yet after my warranty expired and I sure wasn't taken my Camry to Larry Miller.I needed a routine inspection just to make sure everything on my car was running soundly - I've had surprises before and have made an effort to be more pro-active about preventive maintenance. Scheduling was simple, I dropped the car off at 8:00am and picked it up around 3:30 in the afternoon. Justin was great about letting me know what needed to be done (really nothing except routine maintenance) and was good at explaining everything to a very auto-illiterate customer like myself.It's very reassuring to know we've found such a great place so close to home to take our car for as long as we'll be in Albuquerque.If you work at UNM (particularly North Campus area), Gene's is close enough that, for anything minor, you can drop off and walk to work then pick up in the afternoon.Service: General repairs & maintenance”

It was an outstanding experience. He replaced my front brakes, and will repair my seat belt sensor as well. He also noticed that all my tires were low (after I'd just had them rotated and checked elsewhere.) I will be a long-term cutomer.”

“Alex and Stacey went above and beyond, like to another galaxy beyond, than any other shop I have ever done business with when I was doing a bolt on build for my 370z.They kept the car safe for months waiting for long lead parts. Then, when a manufacturer sent some ill-fitting parts they both went to war with the manufacturer for me to get it fixed and even drove from Albuquerque to Santa Fe on their own dime to pick the car up to avoid any further or potential damage when it was time to install the corrected parts.I'll continue to take my Z here for as long as I own it, even if it is a 1 hour drive for me.”

“I've been using PMCI for 20 years. Russ and his technicians know Porsche's - all models! They have serviced and repaired my Porsche vehicles with zero issues, or complaints. I have always been satisfied with their quality work, their professionalism, honesty, integrity and friendliness. During my most recent visit, Andrew found and repaired a vacuum line leak which was causing a CEL. This was no simple diagnostic! The leaking line was behind the engine, which required engine component removal and lowering the engine to access and replace the line. Andrew also completed an oil and filter change (by the way, they always pull & unwind the oil filter element to check for particles). I've used both Porsche dealerships and independent shops in California and New Mexico to repair and service my Porsches since 1985. Russ and Andrew are undoubtedly the best!Services: Oil change”
