“It's pretty rare to come across an automotive shop that not only does great work but also genuinely cares about their customers, but I feel that Ultimate Finish Paint and Body fits the bill. Both David and Rene were great to work with and went above and beyond in taking care of fixing my vehicle and any problems I had along the way.
My old Honda Accord was at another shop to have the radiator replaced, but the damaged support frame needed to be fixed first (and unfortunately that mechanic doesn't do body work). After trying numerous local body shops that were either fully booked or not interested, I randomly stumbled upon Ultimate Finish Paint and Body. Based on nothing other than my initial call, David went out of his way (on a lunch break, no less) to go inspect my car at the other mechanic and promptly called me back saying what the problem was and that he could fix it. At some point traveling between the two shops, the upper radiator support brackets got lost which was going to lead to a significant delay in when the car would be fixed at the other mechanic. However, Rene immediately sourced replacements and even took them over to the other mechanic so they could begin work fixing the car.
I have never had an experience with an auto shop where the owners were so proactive and displayed such concern and integrity, so I would absolutely recommend Ultimate Finish Paint and Body.”
“I chose this company for body work on my car after I had been in an accident. They were amazing! They took care of everything for me as well as seamlessly communicating with my insurance and the staff was very kind. They had my vehicle fixed in 10 days and when I got it back it looked brand new as if the accident never happened. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking to get your car fixed. We ended up working with Lawrence. Lawrence was great and showed us all the different models and we test drove them. Even though we lived out of state and most likely wouldn't be purchasing from them Lawrence stayed in touch to make sure we found the car we were looking for and even reviewed our current deals when we did purchase one to let us know if that was a good deal or not.
