“Just picked up my x7 after brake flush and oil change. Great, friendly service and 40% cheaper than the dealer and other independent shop. Dropped if off this morning, and picked it up 2 hours later. All maintenance alerts were reset as well as they have all the same tools as a BMW dealer service center. “Extremely good, friendly, prompt service. I have two young kids and a piece of metal in my tire. I was able to make an appointment same day. I brought my kids with a stroller thinking it would take a while for them to check the tires. The employees ensured me it would be quick to evaluate the tires and no need to go for a walk. They were correct, my girls loved watching the mechanics work on the car and check tire. It ended up being a simple fix which was done right away. We were done in about 30min or less and my kids were entertained the entire time. The employees were great and now my tire is fixed.”
