“Great service and very honest!!!!I bought my car to get an oil change and asked if they could check if I needed a tune-up as the car was getting fairly old, and I had yet to have one. I received a call back a few hours later stating the oil change was complete, and I didn't need a tune-up, as the sparkplugs are rated for 100k miles. Many places may have taken advantage of this situation, but not Bergen Tire. I highly recommend bringing your car there to get service, as they are extremely honest and provide exceptional service.Service: Oil change”

“Love how I could schedule the service fast and fit my schedule perfectly for the recall-repair to get my steering wheel heating components installed. However, I did deduct one star because I’m actually reviewing two visits. On my visit the week before to get oil change and tires rotated as part of maintenance, when I got home, I found they forgot to add air to one of the four tires, so there was a mismatch by 3 pounds. That was a very strange oversight for a very simple job, good thing we have our own compressor at home so I was able to add Air easily and get the tires to all match. This dealership does remain as my go to place for all my repairs. I say that, without hesitation.”

“I mean to get out there and sell cars to most of us hippies I mean you gotta be somebody that's geared up and ready to go. You know I have a bit of the gear is something I really didn't expect because honestly what they want for some of the vehicles not all and nobody drives sick anymore I don't understand Much on fuel much better on the breaking system gives you a little more control but for example I went to go park my car and there is a big valet and the guy had a look right in the car me and my girl who's got really nice cans if you know what I mean Ed said sir would you please just park your car yourself over here really not too good at driving a manual... And my girl with her big ass cans leaned over and I think one of them fell out... Her cans that is and said, and I quote you mean You don't know how to work your stick shift and unfortunately the valet looked right at her square in the face right in the eye, and said only if you could work the stick shift for me... I spit out my beer as I was obviously drunk, driving laughed like hell let out the clutch Her cans went one way and I would the other as I lit them up right in the parking lot and sped around and parked my 1969 Chevelle big block, baby big block right into her spot. What up off the gas as I rev the engine a couple of times, and got it out of my system Exiting the vehicle. I almost pissed myself because I was still laughing at what the parking attendant couldn't handle although he wanted to handle Matilda's big ass titties as she worked his stick shift... Probably out in the parking lot in the backseat because it was kind of slimy, especially when she had a step out for about 15 minutes when she said she had to use the powder room... Ding ling. Dang my dong ding dong.”

“I recently had some warrantee work performed on my new 2023 F150 that I purchased while living out of state. Michelle (service advisor) was awesome about fitting me in for the warrantee work. I was having a water leak in my 2023 F150 sunroof area. While I wish Ford had better quality control, I’ve had the same “new car issues” with Nissan too. Knocking on wood that the leak is fixed, but I felt Mahwah Ford service dept. was awesome. I’ll be back for general maintenance.”

“I find the staff to be overall professional , helpful and quick to rectify any customer concerns. I have been using them for the past 5 years since buying my car from the sales side. There are closer Honda service centers to me, but I gladly pass them by to drive further to Mahwah because I never feel like they are being dishonest. They honor every Honda promotion even if you don’t have the coupon and in fact most times they tell you the special and apply it without you asking. It’s a very clean space and pleasant experience and if you express a concern they will address it courteously. I worked with a few reps over the years the last being Steven who went above and behind (especially with my warranty being up), but I can say they have all been great! Much appreciate one the few places that still “value” the customer.”
